Listen… It’s not your job to be everything to everyone.

Evening all I’ve not late night blogged for a while but it’s Sunday evening and

I’m filled with anxiety again.

There’s days where I need to have a moment to myself just to put my head straight.

It’s extremely difficult to be one hundred percent who you are these days.

I find that people are very judgmental and quick to jump to conclusions.

Without the facts.

I have to say that sometimes humans don’t have an alternative motif for just simply being helpful or truthful.

Sometimes it’s just in their nature to be honest without fear and to want to work hard to make a difference.

I truly believe that the current situation I find myself in is exactly where I need to be, you find yourself in certain situations in life where there is either lessons to be learnt or truth to be given in order for change to take place.

Somethings been stagnant for to long stubborn for change then….

You smack bang in the middle of a situation you either need to learn from or make a difference.

One thing I’ve realised is when you see through people your not very well liked that’s a know fact.

When your real and disconnect from the drama that’s when you become the drama and in no way shape or form have I got time for drama.

I’m literally at that stage where I still feel anxious and some days I’m not as strong.

But honestly your put on this earth to yes be thoughtful of others but to also be thoughtful of yourself.

I can’t stress enough to people if your struggling to juggle life and struggling with the people around you.

Distance is sometimes the best key you can never pour from an empty cup.

You can make sure your vessel is fine but if the minds off balance then the two don’t work in harmony.

Don’t put to much pressure on yourself to be the perfect parent, sibling, partner, friend or work colleague.

You need to nurture your own soul before you give to others.

When people try and drag you into Drama don’t fall for it, if it’s not your issue then leave it, some people don’t like the truth and can be….

But don’t fall for it you can’t fix everything or everyone so don’t try to.

Just be honest to yourself and honest with others and if your respected for it great if not there’s no love lost.

Good night everyone

Love to you all

Home Hair Colouring Hints And Tips

Do any of you get bored of you’re hair colours very quickly…

If so you are very much like me I get so bored of being the same all the time , It doesn’t matter how many times you reinvent yourself as long as your happy that all that matters.

So I swapped my shadow root black and red hair to split coloured hair this weekend , Ive been wanting to do for a while and because I’m a bit impulsive and different i hate looking the same just to fit in with society.

So I don’t really listen to other peoples opinion’s as I live my life the way I want to live it.

Home Hair colouring can send shockwaves of anxiety through your body , so many questions surrounding home haircolouring but ive decided to do this blog to try and ease your worries.

I must add i have had training and passed both in hair & beauty level 2 & 3.

So please be aware I am familiar with the science behind hair products.

I must state that if your going to colour your own hair please follow the guidelines on the the product you purchase regarding patch testing before going ahead with the full head colouring .

Select your best shade

To find your best shade at the store, eye those close to your current one.

Boxed dyes are usually displayed in colour order on a shelf, Hold a section of your hair up to a box to find a close match, then choose from the next two shades on either side.

You don’t want to run out of dye halfway through the process.

Make sure you purchase enough product

If your hair is shoulder length or longer, you may need two boxes to cover your whole head, depending on hair thickness.

If you end up with a leftover box, you can always save it for next time or return it.

Do not mix Hair colours of different shades

Unless you’re a professional, combining multiple different shades of hair colour is not recommended (ever!).

None of the major companies would guarantee that the resulting colour would be a predictable combination.

In fact, even when you stick with a single colour, the result usually varies slightly from what’s pictured on the box.

Your best bet is to simply pick one shade and follow the instructions to the letter, strand test included.

Always follow strand and skin test procedures

Though bypassing it is tempting, the strand test is key, especially
when trying a new shade.

Colour a few trimmed or hidden hairs
first, then look at the result before you commit.

A common horror story from testers who didn’t do this hair that turned orange and purple or green.

Having the right tools to do the task at hand.

Set up your tools on the counter before you begin.

Read through the included instructions before you jump in.

That way, youโ€™ll be clear on the steps and wonโ€™t have to stop mid-process, which could lead to mistakes like leaving the dye on too long or missing areas.

Always Apply Colour to dry hair

Hair colour experts (and hair colour packaging directions) recommend dyeing your hair when it is dry.

When hair is saturated with water, the dye may not take to the hair strands or become diluted, producing an undesirable result.

You should begin applying hair dye at the roots.

Always apply to the roots first

Because they are where regrowth occurs first and the least damaged part of hair, they need the most colour and processing time.

Let the hair colour develop for the amount of time indicated on packaging directions. Then comb it through the rest of your hair to distribute it evenly and avoid a two-tone effect.

Look in two mirror’s

Colouring the back of your head can be tricky.

Use a double mirrors to check the back of your head in the bathroom mirror as you colour so you wonโ€™t miss spots.

Get rid of unwanted dye spills before they stain your skin.

To sweep away any dye splatters as they happen so they don’t have a chance to set, have facial cleansing wipes on hand or a simply baby wipe will do.

Choosing new colour hair products

No shampoo is totally colour-safe, since all shampooing requires wetting hair โ€” and water itself strips dye “Though sulphate-free shampoos are thought to slow down colour loss, our tests have found that they donโ€™t always perform significantly better than those with sulphate’s.

Extend your shadeโ€™s life with a shampoo or conditioner designed specifically for colour-treated hair ,Look for terminology such as โ€œcolour protect,โ€ โ€œcolour-preservingโ€ or โ€œfor colourโ€ on packaging. They’re less likely to strip away added colour (which other products may), so your new shade lasts longer.

Some find it easier to just go to the salon and leave it to the expert’s but for me I like to do my own hair because I know exactly what I want and from experience not all salons will give you your desired outcome.

But please know I do have previous experience within the hairdressing industry to perform more complex hair colouring technique’s on my own hair.

Here is my new colour below ….

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me using the contact box or comments below..

love to you all

Changing your own mindset, and how to add positivity to your daily life.

Good Evening all.

Tonight’s article is all about changing your mindset and applying positivity to your own life.

I wanted to talk this evening on changing your own mindset , I know that sometimes its difficult to remain positive in tough situation’s or when your surrounded by negative people.

But you will be surprised how quickly life will change when you remain positive and manifest the life you require.

No one want’s to just settle in life but the key is to always be one step ahead.

Changing your mindset wont happen overnight it will happen gradually you will start to see progression in your own life just from changing the way you think and react to situations and people around you.

Let me ask you a few questions..

  1. Have you always put other people’s happiness before your own?

2. Do you sometimes feel envious of other peoples lives’ ?

3.Do you want to make positive changes but don’t know how ?

Let me answer the best way I can.

Are you a human being who thrives on making others smile and making people happy , do you put there happiness before your own ?

Let me stop you right there without sounding to harsh its ok to wear your heart on your sleeve but you can’t pour from an empty glass , you must make sure you nurture your own soul before you give your all to someone else, if you have ever gone along with a situation that your not completely at ease with just to make someone else happy this is where I stop you and say don’t put yourself in a situation you don’t feel comfortable with just to please someone else in the long run you will only have regrets.

You should feel able to openly speak with family and friends if you don’t feel comfortable with a situation, If you don’t feel you can openly communicate then maybe working on your relationship’s and friendship’s are needed and understanding is needed from both parties.

Its ok to feel envious of people, not everyone has the same outlook on life or wish fulfilment, everyone’s back story is different too, if its wealth you seek or true love make sure to apply manifestation to your life.

I would highly recommend a dream board to start the law of attraction process within your life.

Many people have used this technique to apply positivity to their lives.

May i also suggest this amazing book I’ve come across to help you understand the applying of law and attraction to the universe.

Click the link to Purchase the Book.https://www.amazon.co.uk/Secret-Rhonda-Byrne/dp/1847370292/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&hvadid=80882855865734&hvbmt=be&hvdev=c&hvqmt=e&keywords=secret+book&qid=1599594191&sr=8-1&tag=mh0a9-21

It can be extremely difficult to make changes in life when your unsure on where to start , I’m going to give you a few pointers below.

1. Identify and understand what you want to change.

Whenever you decide to make a change, you must first understand why you’re making the change in the first place.

“You need to be able to identify what it is about your goal that adds to you as a person, that makes you feel better and more expansive,”

If your goal aligns with your core values, then “the thought of it will trigger a positive gut feeling.”

2. Rid your life of negativity.

This is not as simple as it may sound. If you’re surrounded by negativity, then how can you expect to have a positive and joyful life?

In fact, those who are negative or surrounded by negativity are more stressed, get sick more often, and have less opportunities than those who are positive.

“When we make a decision to become positive, and follow that decision up with action, we will begin to encounter situations and people that are also positive.”

Of course, that’s easier said than done. That’s why he suggests that you can accomplish this goal by doing the following:

You’ll find when you complete these steps, you’ll become more confident in your life.

3. Exercise more often.

You may be getting tired of hearing everyone telling you that you need more exercise. Sure. Exercising is great for you physically. But, it’s also an excellent way to become more positive in life.

Exercise can change the direction of most situations in your life.

The benefits of exercise are immeasurable. You gain purpose, drive, but most of all it teaches you a discipline.

For starters, when you exercise, you feel better about yourself, which leads to having more confidence. Exercise also reduces anxiety and stress and releases euphoric chemicals in the brain like endorphins and dopamine.

4. Build a support network.

A “strong social support network can be critical to help you through the stress of tough times, whether you’ve had a bad day at work or a year filled with loss or chronic illness.” This group of friends, family, and peers is also important because they provide additional benefits like providing a sense of belonging, an increase in self-worth, and a feeling of security whenever you need advice, information, or guidance.

5. Take baby steps.

“The one primary motivator that leads us to persevere is baby steps, That’s because when we look at the big picture we can get overwhelmed with all of the steps involved in achieving a goal.

Instead, break the “big picture goal down into systematic, manageable baby steps.” Then, document and celebrate your wins daily.

This will help you achieve that change that you’ve been seeking in a positive way and meaningful way.

Key is not to be so hard on yourself change can be fearful but letting go of negative influences and patterns can open new pathways.

Just always remember to nurture yourself and let positivity flow.

Love to you all

Evening all…

This will be my last blog post at the age of 32 tomorrow is my birthday.

Do you even celebrate when your in your 30’s my answer to that is yes.

I’ve made it to 33 after everything I’ve been through I’ve made it.

It’s been tough lifes not been kind but im grateful I’m here and I’m alive.

What does being thirty three years of age mean to me and how will I be making changes for the foreseeable future.

After a few wobbly weeks I’ve been really thinking about myself as a person and how I approach situations.

I’ve realised that it’s time to move on from anything or anyone that’s caused me great harm.

Worst thing to do in the world of hold on to a grudge you only ever hurt yourself in the process…

The other issue I have is feeling guilty for actually living my life the way I want too and having to keep other people happy, I’m not doing it anymore so heads up people Stacie  is going to do what she wants to do and if it upsets the apple cart tough..

You get to a point in life you can’t keep worrying about other people.

Keep yourself in check make yourself happy because no one else will do it for you.

I’ll always be me but an upgraded version of my old self.

I’m finding people are seeking the old version of myself but she’s just not there anymore.

I’ve made  huge progress so far I’m not going to stop now.

The diet is back tommrow after a weekend of eating out and gin..

My aim is to loose another stone by end of September.

It’s achievable but I’ll need to be strict and keep active.

So what are my birthday plans well I’ll be on my own just the way I like it hopefully weather is OK.

I will head down my local beach and grab a coffee somewhere and watch the world go by.

I do have plans to see one of my best friends and my other friend at the end of September for a girlie night out with  festival vibes but until then it will be hard work and dedication.

And growing a little bit stronger each day.

I hope you have a fantastic week ahead don’t let people get you down and keep smiling.

Love to you all

I never thought I had the motivation to make a change to my lifestyle and eating habits but after a few rough months and lots of heartache.

I decided it was time to make drastic changes.

I didn’t want to just lose the weight that was holding me back but I wanted to work on my self-worth and learn to love myself again.
Over the past ten years, as I’ve gradually yoyo dieted and lost and gained weight.

I’ve been aware of so many changes – not just in my body but life in general.

But this time round I’ve worked my hardest.

Here are 10 things that you don’t expect to happen when you lose weight…

1.Your skin will loosen and head to your feet.

I know, gross. Once you start dropping the pounds, everyone experiences this and its not always exercise that helps with excess skin in fact it doesn’t hardly help at all.

This has to be one of my main issues at the moment it’s been getting to me that bad I’ve actually consulted two private medical practices to ask about paid surgery to remove excess skin.

It’s unbearable at times.

2. Itchy skin and sore stretch marks.

If you have lost weight and have stretch marks from either having children or rapid weight gain.

The healing process of shrinking stretch marks is terrible if you have this problem too then you feel my pain.

3.Your boobs will shrink.

I miss the fullness of my boobs.

Don’t get me wrong, they are still a good handful but not quite what they were.

I’ve reversed two cup sizes which is good for me due to less back pain and better fitting underwear.

4.You feel guilty for even looking at a freddo

I’m more relaxed with my eating now but in the first few months I would feel so guilty if I ate something ‘naughty’. Do allow yourself treats (weekends are a good time for this) but in moderation, of course!

5.You become a boring .

I’m sure I’ve bored friends and family with my nutritional advice as they bite into a sandwich. Sorry.

It’s just because you feel so passionate about your own body and taking care of it you just try and help others.

That can sometimes come across as being over boring with annoying weight loss information.

6. Constantly having to be careful when buying new items of clothing.

This should be enjoyable and a happier side of weightloss infact the whole thing just stresses me out, down to remembering you don’t need your past bigger sizes.

To not wanting to spend a small fortune on clothes that may not fit you after more increased weightloss.

7. The true understanding that being thin doesn’t make you happier.

True statement there, just because being thin changes your body and mental attitude it doesn’t mean that all your problems will disappear.

Remember that your weight doesn’t define you as a person.

8. Maintaining the weight loss.

Maintenance can be even harder than losing the weight itself. When I began my journey, I was fueled by success, non-scale victories, and a newfound confidence I gained from becoming a healthier and happier me. But once I began to reach that weight range Iโ€™d been gunning for, I started to think, โ€œWell, Iโ€™ve already lost a ton of weight.

So adapting my future healthy eating plan for long term process wasn’t going to be easy.

9. My relationships with friends and family have changed; some have grown stronger, and some have become more distant.

When you embark on a big lifestyle change like this, you arenโ€™t just adjusting your eating habits and physical activity. Your interests, hobbies, and thought processes change, too. Even my relationships have changed.
Some friendships have grown apart, because our relationships were so heavily fueled by social drinking and eating.

I think the hardest part about this lifestyle change is that I never anticipated my friendships would shift.

10. I am still scared that I will spiral out of control and gain everything back.

This is an irrational thought, but it is also a very real one. It is especially heightened when Iโ€™m traveling or enjoying life and I go in the โ€œfuck it, Iโ€™m on vacationโ€ mode, and I binge to the point where Iโ€™m not sure I can come back from it.

Like going hard on sweets or alcohol hiding it from friends out of guilt, or overeating in general.

I’m aware that this is a problem for me, and it terrifies me when I lose control that way.

While I would be upset if I reversed my hard work, I think thereโ€™s a deeper fear there of disappointing everyone else and having my failure displayed on a very public level.

So there you have it the truth that no one tells you during the process of losing weight…

I hope I’ve helped ๐Ÿ˜Š

Love to you all

Weekly Spiritual Guidance 04/09/2020 to 11/09/2020

Hello Everyone

I hope you are all well..

It’s that time of the week again for your weekly spiritual guidance from Seashells & Lipgloss blog.

I really do hope that all my readers enjoy them and please don’t forget to share like and subscribe to my blog for other daily blog posts on life love and everything else in-between.

As I must always state that all my weekly spiritual guidance’s posts are for entertainment purpose only.

My guidance’s posts are for all signs and elements.

Take What resonates and leave the rest to the universe.

ย

ย

My spiritual vision message for this week is…

This week as I was tuning into spirit ready for your guidance messages , I was shown a fast flowing stream, I also saw a girl with a large orange autumn leaf in her hand she want’s to put the leaf in the stream and let if float away but she’s worried that the stream will overpower the leaf and drag it under water.

What she feels is panic and fear of what might happen to the leaf if she lets go of it.

She sits there a while calm’s her thoughts and her mind as she contemplates she notices that whist she’s taken a step back to focus on herself that the stream has calmed down its not so fast moving anymore and her fear for the leaf has passed.

She is now able to let go and watch it sail down into the horizon until she can no longer see the leaf and she’s let go of the fear.

The moral to this vision is sometimes we don’t act on situations due to the fear of what might or might not happen but as we take a step back to refocus ourselves and evaluate situations we move forward with a more clear and positive mindset, this allows us to let go and move on to better and bigger things , just from releasing fear of the unknown.

1st Card

The Justice card in Tarot is about reason, truth, and, yes, justice.

This is the card about cold, objective balance.

It’s also about moderation in all things, as well as the realities of karma. If you’re not keeping the scales balanced, there could be some fallout.

Justice symbolizes harmony, balance, equality, righteousness, virtue, honour, and advice.

It can also mean a time for adjustments, as well as an opportunity to bring physical, emotional, social, and spiritual things back into balance.

It also means it is time to stand tall and strong against the things that might be trying to throw you off balance.

2nd Card

The Lovers card in Tarot symbolizes love, as well as romance, connection, attraction, and perfect harmony.

The basic symbols of this card are an angel or Cupid, a man and a woman, and two trees. In some decks, there is a man standing between two women, and in some decks, one tree is flowering and the other has fruit.

ย it stands for love, harmony, trust, honour, the beginning of romance, and optimism.

It is a card of passion, and feeling passionate, but it isn’t strictly about romantic relationships and intense interpersonal bonds.

One basic meaning of this card is that you may come across a divergence you dare not miss, no matter the difficulty, even if it is against your chosen path.

Be on the lookout for this opportunity, and don’t automatically take the easy road.

Think things over before you come to a decision.

Perhaps it’s time to take a leap of faith in love and connections.

3rd Card

ย

The Seven of Pentacles means you need a time-out.

This isn’t a card of finality. This is an in-between card that means you have to pause and check your strategy.

The image on the card is a person who has worked hard and then paused to take some time to admire their work.

It means it is time to catch your breath after a lot of activity.

It’s time to assess your work and what you get from that work.

Maybe you’ve been so busy that you haven’t taken the time to reflect on what you’ve accomplished.

This is the time to take stock of your situation and make sure you’re getting the results you want.

4th Card

ย

The Hierophant card in Tarot symbolizes traditional values and is often associated with the religious or spiritual.

The purpose of the Hierophant is to bring the spiritual down to earth.

The basic meaning of this Tarot card is to create harmony in the face of crisis. During a crisis, the Hierophant diffuses the panic and offers good and practical advice.

The basic symbols of the Hierophant card are twin pillars, a staff, throne, the triple crown of a pope, a hand raised in blessing, and two acolytes.

ย It symbolizes a need to conform and social approval on the one hand, and mercy, forgiveness, compassion, conformity, and inspiration on the other.

This card means that you know how to solve your problem even though it isn’t very easy.

5th Card

ย

The Nine of Pentacles in Tarot stands for discipline, self-reliance, and refinement.

The Nine of Pentacles meaning in a Tarot reading is positive.

It’s about not concentrating too much on the business side of life, represented by coins in the image that are placed toward the ground.

On the other hand, there is another side to life: the arts, music, and the other forms of beauty that are very much part of our lives.

You have to enjoy these finer things, too.

It’s time to let go and enjoy the finer things in life and share that abundance with others. You’ve earned it. It’s time to focus less on work and more on enjoying arts and culture. The card also signifies self-reliance. Remember to trust your own abilities.

This is the time to take matters into your own hands.

6th Card

The Queen of Swords in Tarot stands for honesty, astuteness, forthrightness, wittiness, and experience.

Her personality is a combination of the positive air energy of the Swords suit and the inward focus of a Queen.

The Queen of Swords admires honesty, is committed to truth, and tells you exactly as it is. She has no interest in lies or tricks and has a marked lack of pretence.

She fully understands the good and the bad of the world and is not easy to fool.

She can easily analyse a situation, and she can identify a tricky one coming at her.

Her observations are straightforward and candid and not meant to be hurtful.

Another of the traits of the Queen of Swords is a sense of humour along with witty comebacks.

It means you need to think and feel like her.

The first and foremost way is to be completely honest. You need to figure out what is going on and ensure that you are not letting yourself be fooled.

You may also need to see the humour in a situation you are facing, and make sure that you’re inspired by her special energy.

Hi

Here’s a little bit of late night blogging for you.

This is always the time that I reflect on my day.My house is quite and my mind is clear.

I was asked today what my mission was in life, do I have direct plans on where I would like my future to go.People are absolutely obsessed with making plans.

Yes it’s essential for travel and the more constructive way of life but when we look into our connections with people and future plans how can you really plan ahead.

Time changes in an instant so do connections no one can be prepared for that you just have to do your best to deal with situations as there unfolding.

No amount of planning can stop the inevitable from happening.I think this is where humans really go wrong in life.

Trying to press the stop button before their feet have even left the ground running.

It’s difficult trying to be yourself in a world that’s so judgemental.

My mission in life is to show people that anything is possible if you believe that you can achieve it.

So my mission is positivity, I won’t get involved with anything or anyone who I know will either have distructive trait or cause unessary negative vibes.

It’s not what I’m about anymore.I don’t want it and the world doesn’t need it.With great change also comes sacrifice you loose parts of yourself which you thought you where holding on to for all the right reasons turns out its only causing you more damage in the long run.

My mission isn’t to preach my mission is to make people awake to their own surroundings and to what serves thier greater good.

It feels great to give to connections but make sure you’re also giving to yourself.

Love to you all

Getting Back To Normal

Good Afternoon All.

I hope your having a great bank holiday tomorrow my annual leave is over and it’s back to work for me.

As the Country tries to get back to some sort of normality, I know there will be many apprehensive parents regarding sending children back into full time education.

I don’t normally talk about my children on my blog but, I wanted to share my experience dealing with my own children and current pandemic covid 19 and how its affected there social needs.

I am fully aware that I’m not the only parent who has had similar issues especially if you have older children in high school .

When lockdown hit a state of national panic set in it’s a situation when have never had to deal with undoubtable it was freighting at times , the fear of daily life’s restricted and of course catching the virus and spreading it to more vulnerable people was a massive worry , schools , shops , entertainment venues where forced to shut people where continually glued to social media and the news.

As a parent we have to try and be strong for our children me I’m already O.C.D about my kids touching things and being to far away from me unless their in a secure environment like school or with family.

But what i haven’t really understood until now is how its deeply affected them both mentally and physically.

School is a normal way of life its six hours from Monday to Friday where they are learning, mixing with friends without the influence of parents.

School helps children grow it gives them their confidence and helps them widen there skills to help them through the early stages of Life.

I’ve seen mixed emotions online regarding children going back to school , if you want my honest view and this is totally my personal opinion on it all , I may get some negative press regarding this but honestly it’s just how I perceive the situation

It’s time for them to go back , of course they will not be able to mix with children in a normal manner but at least its a start to bringing back their normal routine.

I have to say home schooling has been somewhat stressful its been many years since I was school and the curriculum has changed so much i know I’m not the only parent who will agree.

My youngest child has asked many questions regarding Covid and ive tried to give the most honest replies some time’s its not been easy but we have managed to explain the best way we know how.

My eldest i feel has been frightened it got to the point I’ve had to remove her social media with there being a lot of fake news she can be very vulnerable so i felt it was the best outcome to try and ease her anxiety.

When talking to our children about difficult situations it can leave us a wreck it makes us really question our abilities as parents, here we have tiny humans who are like sponges may I add they absorb all information that may not hold the complete truth, that in itself causes anxiety and depression over time.

Ive watched my children closely over this pandemic and ive noticed certain negative changes and its been challenging even more than normal.

Ive tried to put plans in place to help them both progress but what i have found out is that being open and talking to each other on a level a child or teenager would understand its helped ease their worries.

I have listed a few tips below to help worried parents , try not to be to hard on yourself either.

  • Donโ€™t be afraid to talk about it: Convey the facts and set an emotionally reassuring tone.
  • Be age-appropriate: Teens can process and handle a higher level of detail than five year olds. Focus on answering your child/studentโ€™s questions. Do your best to answer honestly and clearly; itโ€™s okay if you canโ€™t answer everything.
  • Follow their lead: Invite your child or student to ask questions and share their perspective: Invite them to tell you anything they may have heard about the coronavirus and express how they feel.
  • Check yourself: Feeling anxious? Take some time to calm down before trying to have a conversation or answer your childโ€™s questions.
  • Focus on actions you can take: Emphasize safety precautions everyone can take to help keep themselves and others healthy: good hand hygiene, cough and sneeze etiquette, social distancing and staying home if you arenโ€™t feeling well.
  • Stick to routine: Structured days with regular mealtimes and bedtimes are an essential part of keeping kids happy and healthy.
  • Keep talking: Tell kids/students you will keep them updated as you learn more. Let them know the lines of communication are going to be open and as you learn more, you will share the information with them, too.

Please feel free to share this image with your children.

(Not schools are recommending facemasks’ be sure to check your child’s school for guidelines )

I know there will be many worried parents over the next few days but we are all in this together please remember that school’s have guidelines that they need to stick by ordered by the government like everything a massive learning curve for us all i do feel this will be the way of life for a while.

But its so important that we address the mental health side of this pandemic within children as they are the next generation and support and structure is needed.

Im sending love to you all.
