Never apologise for how you feel

Morning all its just gone 12.45am in the UK πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§

I’m still up alone with my thoughts.

I wouldn’t say it was a bad thing being alone with your thoughts but sometimes the pain of past emotions come back.

Before I explain my reasons for this blog I have to say something it’s not deemed weak to talk about emotions nor does it mean your pathetic it means your human and its OK to openly talk about how you feel it doesn’t make you desperate and I have to get one thing absolutely clear πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡

I’m human just like the rest of you.

And being human I feel we need to openly tell people how we feel without fear.

To give an open and honest answer or reaction to someone’s questions takes courage.

There’s is to many games that get played when if comes to emotions.

I think that’s very cruel to pull someone in by false hopes and protenses.

But unfortunately it happens a lot…

I had an email of a lady she wanted a bit of advice regarding emotion I wasn’t sure I was the best person to give this advice but I tried nevertheless.

She told me about this guy she liked she had liked him for a while they both went out few times she started to catch feelings for him.

He was this cool guy bit egotistical she said to me he liked the single life.

But she really liked this guy and she was hoping to progress further with him.

She said to me you know I liked him that much he made me feel so nervous because I really wanted everything to be perfect.

But by her trying to be perfect just made him pull away.

She said to me I was so upset I wanted answers but he just got mad and pulled away and then the contact stopped.

Leaving her all confused and self conscious.

I replied back to her best way possible.

I’m no good with love but I saw alot of myself in this lady and to be honest I just wanted to give her a big hug.

Like I wish someone would of done to me.

I said look don’t beat yourself up about feeling something for another human being it’s perfectly natural it happens it’s life.

I did sense a bit of vulnerability in this lady again which I feel from myself at times.

The ability to fall quickly in love with an idea or fantasy for the other party not to be feeling the same.

It’s a very lonely place to be it’s also very painful place.

And if not quickly identified can make you cold hearted.

I said to her if this guy really liked you the way you liked him there would be no way he would let you go.

Maybe timing was completely off maybe he had other options to seek out.

But as much as it pains me to say this don’t put your life on hold to wait and see if he changes his mind.

It’s very hard to give advice to another human being when you need to listen to your own advice.

When all you want is someone to love you back but we know it’s not that easy sometimes you just have to move on.

I was once called stupid and desperate for saying how I felt but I just wanted this lady to know and the rest of you it’s not desperate or stupid to say how you feel its brave and honest and if the other party can’t take your honesty then leave it atleast you have been open with them.

In an ideal world it would be great to have a fairy tale ending but life isn’t always like that.

It’s real its raw and it can be most heartbreaking experience of your life but don’t ever feel like you can’t express emotions.

The lady kindly thanked me for my help and I wished her the best but I know how hard it can be to try and move on with life without wondering why…

Not everything or everybody we attract is meant to be with us till the end but in somecases maybe they are untill it’s time to let go.

Lots of love stacie xxx πŸšπŸ’‹πŸ’„β€οΈ

Doing our bit 9 steps to help save our oceans πŸ³πŸŒπŸŒŠ

Afternoon all

I hope you’re all well.

I wanted to blog about something this afternoon that I feel is very important and as humans we need to act fast and do our bit to make a change.

Last few days I’ve been facinated by the blue planet series it’s all about different species in there natural habitats.

It’s been brilliant so far and actually very knowledgeable.

But this afternoons episode was all about plastics in the ocean and how it affects our marine life.

We as humans are very closed off to the effects of something so useful as plastic can become so harmful to other lifeforms.

Something as small as a plastic bottle in a big ocean doesn’t seem so wrong does it.

Well infact it’s very harmful.
Even if you live hundreds of miles from the coast, the plastic you throw away could make its way into the sea. Once in the ocean, plastic decomposes very slowly, breaking down in to tiny pieces known as micro plastics that can be incredibly damaging to sea life.

My friend Yvonne made a very good point at work the other day that plastic doesn’t just affect fish but it affects the whole food chain that is very true.

I live by the beach and to me is my little piece of savior in the northwest of England.

I absolutely love the beach even though I’m a little scared of deep water I still love the beach.

Everytime I go with my girls I make sure that every bit of rubbish is disposed of properly.

The amount of rubbish humans leave on the beach is disgusting and so harmful.

It’s not just the beach it’s the rivers and streams and lakes that are also at harm from plastic and most forms of water based channels lead back to the ocean.

But what angers me is that people don’t think and they leave rubbish everywhere and when the tide comes in l that rubbish is washed out at sea.

We need to all at least try to do our bit to help.

There is a very good team of locals that volunteer to clean up our local beaches which I think it’s an amazing thing to do to help our environment.

So how can we….

Here are few steps on how to do your bit…

1. Plastic bottles

In the UK we use over 35 million plastic bottles every day! Carrying a reusable bottle is a great way to cut your plastic use and save money too!

2. Say no to plastic straws

Plastic straws are bad news for our oceans. Next time you order a drink, think about whether you need a straw – and if you don’t, just say no! You can also ask your local pub to stop adding straws to drinks as standard and offer paper straws to those who want one.

3. Use reusable coffee cups

2.5 billion coffee cups are thrown away every year in the UK – and less than 1 in 400 are recycled. Carry a reusable cup with you – some cafes even offer a small discount if you use your own cup (and if they don’t ask them why not!)

4. Avoid excess packaging

Whether it’s making different choices in the supermarket or choosing a different place to shop, we can all try and cut down the plastic we buy. And as an added bonus, loose fruit and veg is often cheaper than pre-packaged alternatives!

5. Use refill stations for detergents

There are some products where it’s difficult to avoid a plastic container (for example washing up liquid or laundry liquid) – the good news is that there are an increasing amount of places where you can refill your old bottles.

6. Say no to disposable cutlery

We’ve all been there – caught out in a cafe or at a train station when we’ve bought a salad or a yogurt but the only cutlery on offer is plastic! Whilst it’s hard to plan for every opportunity, consider carrying a spoon or fork (or spork!) in your bag or keeping cutlery in your desk at work.

7. Get your milk delivered

Although the early morning sound of a milk float is not as common as it used to be, there are still lots of places in the UK where you can get milk delivered in glass bottles – which are then collected and reused.

8. Avoid microbeads

The good news is that the UK government have announced a ban on microbeads! However until the ban comes into force in 2018, there will still be products on the shelves, so keep checking those labels and avoid products containing polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and nylon.

9. Carry a shopping bag

Since the plastic bag charge was introduced in England, there’s been a massive 85% drop in their use. Many of us are used to carrying an extra bag with us – if you still find it hard to remember, try a foldaway one that you can carry in your normal day bag.

Here is goby I think this is a great idea and should be showcased on beaches all over the world.

This creative sculpture on a beach in India, with a sign saying β€˜Goby loves plastic, please feed him!’, has now been replicated in Bali to.

Making just a few small changes can have a big impact on the amount of plastic we use on a day-to-day basis.

I think if we could all do our bit we will start to see a change it maybe only small but it’s a small step to helping it’s better to make positive changes than to make the situation worse.

So I will be doing my bit to help the environment I hope
You will also look into changing a few simple steps to help our environment.

I have posted a few links below for more information on saving our oceans and to stop using plastics.

Can’t wait 😊

Morning all its Saturday ❀️

I’ve had an amazing sleep and I actually got up early to exercise I’m now ready for the day ahead.

I remember the days we always used to be excited for the weekend to go out nightclubbing and getting intoxicated I really don’t know how I used to do it.

I go out every now and again but to be honest I enjoy that more than same old same old every weekend and hangovers are the worst ever.

I recently got back i n touch with an old friend of mine I have not seen her for around 9 years time goes by so fast after falling out over something so silly we just lost touch.

So she asked me to meet up for a Night out she was coming up north for other arrangements but she kindly asked me if I wanted to come along I didn’t even hesitate because after chatting it was like nothing had ever changed no animosity just banter like we used to.

I honestly believe we reconnect with people for a reason.

In full stacie panic night out mode I needed a new dress obviously hair done eyelashes done etc so then i scoured the Internet for a nice dress and I saw this one and It had to be the one I brought and suprise surprise it was a boohoo one.

I absolutely love it and I think it shows my figure one I’ve worked hard to get πŸ‘.

So here it is…..

Thanks again boohoo I can’t wait for my night out and stayover with my friend will be lovely to catch up and have laugh and let my hair down been a while ❀️

And you never know who you might meet πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰

Have a great Saturday all..

Love stacie xx 😍

Wide awake πŸŒ›β

Evening all ❀️

Midweek vibes here and I’m feeling postive I hope you all are too.

This evening I wanted to share with you an experience I’ve had recently regarding humans being awoken from the day to day clouding of life.

I’ve always been a big believer that there is more to life and our existence.

In no way am I religious as I’ve said in previous posts but I believe in higher power.

I know people may disagree with my views and I’m OK with that but it’s just my views on life and how I have been through my awakening.

I wouldnt say I’ve always been a believer I was actually quite closed off for sometime wasn’t really interested in the world and why things work and how things existed I just went through daily life trying to survive from one day to the next.

It’s know that the awakening of a human being comes after trauma heart ache and when your at your complete lowest its the universes way of giving us a nudge..

Life can sometimes feel like we are falling down a black hole and we can’t see anyway out.

We ignore every small detail that’s around us and forget the beauty of life and that’s when we just start existing but not living to.

So what’s an awakening???

Spiritual awakening, then, is an awakening of a dimension of reality beyond the confines of the ego. The ego is our exclusive sense of self or β€œI.”

This awakening occurs when, for whatever reason, the ego somehow let’s go so that a Higher Self or Spirit can arise within.

Signs of spiritual awakening

1. Increased Empathy And Intuition

You find yourself listening less to what people say and more to the feeling or intention behind their words or actions.

2. Feeling Drawn To Nature

We may get distracted when walking outside (even during a busy day) around nature just looking at flowers, birds or the sky.

3. An Aversion To Negative People Or Behaviours

You find yourself less interested in gossip, pettiness or the judgment of others.

4. A Desire For A United Community

You seem more DRAINED by β€˜us versus them’ arguments, energies or consciousness (be it politics, sports, nationalism, racial divides, etc.).

5. Feeling And Believing That All Life Is Sacred

We value all life as sacred. You may find yourself taking small bugs outside to live and perform their purpose (rather than squashing them).

6. Your Consciousness Feels Renewed

You begin to look back on your own life memories as only opinions of your experience versus a concrete reality. You realize now that your entire life experience can be different based on the consciousness you hold.

7. You Are Living In β€˜The Moment’

We are less interested in asking yourself β€œwhat if”questions. For example, β€œWhat if this person never left me” or β€œWhat if I had a better childhood?”

8. Increased Inner Peace

You don’t mind a quiet time or alone time. You now tend to shut off the T.V. and social media more often recently.

9. Compassion And Positivity Surges Through You

Rather than competing or wanting ill will for another, you hope we all make it and all are happy because in reality we all are connected.

10. Enhanced Authenticity

You need less attention in crowds, public situations or around others. Rather you are content to watch, assist and help others to see their own truth and beauty.

After a stage in my life that I really didn’t see anyway coming back from.

And being at my lowest its possible I believe my awakening happened I just don’t see life how I used to

Small things don’t matter so much and I look at experiences differently now.

I’m not fuled by ego or by competition and what’s not serving me well I move away from.

Life interests me the world interests me I want to know how and why.

I look at the sky different I look at nature different I embrace my time on earth different.

And instead of acting like I know everything I’m now learning new things everyday and I’m keen to learn I’m open to change.

I want to travel explore and I’m not scared to do it alone.

My anxiety has dropped and I’ve become a lot more confident within my own skin.

Instead of wanting to change I have changed and now I think with a smile on my face.

Instead of feeling fear and letting myself be stopped by anxiety.

And I’ve already planned lots of things for next year.

As I have come out of a transtion and now my transformation is nearly complete.

I love freely and I allow my emotions to show.

I know I’ve had to come from a dark place like a caterpillar πŸ›.

To transform into a butterfly πŸ¦‹

Don’t be scared of change however fearful you are of it coming from a dark place and allowing yourself to be finally awake is gift from the universe.

Even if mine was a painful transition it’s made me a better person and I’m now fully awake I’m looking to the future and if the past comes back I will embrace it with my loving and open arms.

Love to you all 😊 πŸ’‹πŸ’‹πŸ˜‡
