Here I stand by the Albert docks upon lines and lines of rusty locks.

Worn away by the sands of time.

Withstanding the rain the frost and sunshine.

Each one holds a story not for us to tell.

Of lovers still dear and others farewell.

As I stand here on the Albert docks amongst the lines of rusty locks.

I hear a city that’s full of laughter.

For the love they hold for every new chapter.

Embrace the new and forgive the past.

For every lock that’s placed forever it will last.

Here I stand by the Albert docks amongst the lines of rusty locks.

As the sun sets over the river Mersey.

Every lock has a story that’s worthy.
I still wonder who holds the keys.
But thats their story and it’s not meant for me.

  1. I wanted to thank you for this great read!! I absolutely loved every bit of
it. I’ve got you book-marked to look at new things you I have been surfing online more
than 4 hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours.

It is pretty worth enough for me. Personally, if all
website owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the internet
will be a lot more useful than ever before. I have been browsing online more than three hours today, yet I never
