I hope you’re all ok and having a nice weekend.

Again current situations that are going on mean that we are limited in life for now.

I don’t feel that life will ever be the same again and if im honest with you things needed to change we all needed a wake up call physically and emotionally.

This was definitely it.

Ive not been so chatty as of late I’ve been busy behind the scenes so to speak.

During the quietness I’ve done extensive thinking and I’ve started to put plans in place.

Ive been reading the book the secret for a while now and trying to understand the meaning of why things happen in life the way they do.

You have two options i see in life when you have been delt with bad situations.

You either let it consume you.

Or you either learn from it and let it go.

There’s is no point in dwelling on the past what is done is done.

No point keep crying over something or someone whos not crying over you.

The past twelve weeks ive learnt so much about myself and about others around me.

I’ve learnt im incredibly lucky..

And everything I’ve been through in the past has made me a much stronger person.

I know my worth, my strength, my abilities and my weaknesses.

I’ve learnt its ok to feel emotions and not feel like a complete mess by doing so.

I’ve been putting positive vibes into the..

Universe 🌌

Switch your focus to the positive and watch the game change.

Let yourself stay in fear in the presence and you will never evolve.

Im happy with my little family, my close friends, my job and my place of sanctuary i call my home.

Im lucky i know that its a blessing to have such opportunities and working hard behind the scenes keeps others guessing and keeps yourself progressing.

Always rise after you fall my biggest regret is that i didn’t find myself or love myself sooner.

But now i know my worth.
